Ms. Elms has more than 25 combined years  of experience in business, financial, human resource, policy and compliance management  and more than 18 years experience coaching and mentoring.  Her passion to improve business operations through collaboration, efficient and effective processes, measuring performance, and effective policies, as well as helping individuals to reach their full potential personally and professionally, led Ms. Elms to start Elms Business and Consulting Services, LLC.
